At Elie's, when we say "customers come first," we mean it.
With our "Satisfaction Guaranteed Now!" approach to customer service we ensure our customers a pleasant experience every time they make a purchase, order from our catering menu, or stop in to say Hi! The "now" part refers to our commitment to timely and prompt service or reasonable rectification.
Our principle is simple: we want all our customers to be pleased with our quality of service and product. If, for any reason, we fall short of delivering what you have come to expect from us, we kindly request that you let us know. Our managers and, if need be, the owners, will be more than ready (and happy) to rectify slip-ups and/or sub-standard service that our customers may encounter. In fact, we would appreciate it if you let us know of any unpleasant experience you may have at any of our stores or catering events. We listen and we get to it right away. That is why we decreasingly encounter complaints. In fact, one major reason we can afford our "Satisfaction Guaranteed Now!" approach is because we listen, learn, and respond, and do most of the work to satisfy our customers before their next visit or catering order.
