Bill of Rights

The Right to Self-Determination
At Elie's, we do not enforce a pre-determined food agenda. Though some of our menus include over 85 items that are available daily, we believe in the customer's right to CYOS (Create Your Own Sandwich), using any combination of breads, meats, cheeses, and toppings!

The Right to Light
At Elie's, we take sides neither to the left nor to the right, but to the Light. We believe in the right of our customers to have available a large variety of light alternative meals. As a matter of fact, Elie's Deli & Catering is one of the highest retailer of fat-free and light salads and freshly prepared lighter products in the Washington Metropolitan area.

The Right to Vegetarianism (not to be confused with other -isms)
At Elie's, customers have the right to find a host of vegetarian choices, all prepared to be as filling and healthy as desired. We are known for having the largest vegetarian variety around.

The Right to Free Food
(OK, at least temporarily, until the end of the month)
Our loyal customers have the right to open a house account with us. Our House Account option gives qualified customers the opportunity for ordering food at the last minute without having to pay right away. Our customers will be billed bi-weekly.

The Right to Last-Minute Business Luncheons
At Elie's, we believe that businesses have the right to forget about planning for food catering. Therefore, we specialize in timely and last minute orders for your business meetings. We even offer a two-hour express catering menu.

The Right to a Progressive Menu: What's New
At Elie's, we believe in the customer's right to regularly find a new item on the menu or on our monthly special.

You have my word.
