Our Story
Established in 1989 in Fairfax, Virginia, Elie's Deli started as a modest family business. In 1996, Elie's Deli opened its second store in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In March 1999, Elie's Deli opened its third store in Fair Oaks, Virginia.

Our family style atmosphere is conveniently designed for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy our fine home style cooking and mouth-watering subs. Whether ready for a meeting, a party, or a special occasion, our food specialists and chefs are ready to serve you.
